Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or product launches.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after production:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit times depend on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and quantity.
Occasionally, products may ship separately to speed up delivery — at no extra cost to you.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

We are not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or lost packages.

Packages returned due to wrong addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are not issued for unclaimed or misaddressed orders.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, ownership transfers to the buyer.
We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
If the carrier confirms loss before delivery, contact us at nextnewsnetwork@gmail.com and we’ll help file a replacement request.
Order Splitting
Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock availability and fulfillment locations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local government. These are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
Delivery Refusal or Return to Sender
If you refuse delivery or fail to pick up your package, the order will be treated as abandoned.
Refunds are not issued for refused or unclaimed packages.
Delivery Issues & Contact
If your order is defective or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update at nextnewsnetwork@gmail.com with your order number and proof of issue (screenshots or photos).
We’ll verify the problem and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
