Return & Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand / All Sales Final)
All Sales Final
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. Orders can’t be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once placed.
Defective / Damaged / Misprinted Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nextnewsnetwork@gmail.com and include:

Order number

Photos clearly showing the issue (full product + close-ups)

Packing slip and exterior box/label (if damaged in transit)
Once verified, we’ll replace the item at no cost. Replacements are issued for manufacturing/printing defects only.
Not Covered (No Returns/Refunds)
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind”

Wrong size, color, or style ordered

Minor color/placement variations due to screens/printing tolerances

Normal wear, laundering issues, or improper care

Late deliveries caused by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our control
Wrong / Undeliverable Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, or a package is unclaimed/undeliverable, we’re not responsible for reshipment or refunds. Please verify your address at checkout.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To get a different size or color, please place a new order.
Return Authorization Required
Do not send items back without written authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will be refused and not refunded. Most defect cases are handled directly through our print partner.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders begin production quickly. We can’t guarantee cancellation or edits after submission.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please contact us first at nextnewsnetwork@gmail.com to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid transaction will be disputed with order, production, and delivery records.

EU/UK Consumers
Made-to-order/customized products are generally excluded from the 14-day withdrawal/cooling-off right. If a product is not customized and local law grants a right of withdrawal, contact us within the statutory window before returning anything so we can provide instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
